  According to the Liberator OnLine, the biggest polluter (I guess in the U.S.) is the U.S. military.  They declare sovereign immunity and refuse to follow EPA directives.  The government doesn't have to follow the laws it lays down for the rest of us.  They say they're concerned about the environment, yet the government itself is the biggest polluter.  Can you say hypocrite?
